p97-IN-1 (Compound V12) (100 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg; p.o.; once daily) significantly inhibits tumor growth and no significant toxicity is observed at high doses in the female BALB/c nude mice bearing Molm-13 xenograft tumor^[1].
