tDHU, acid is a click chemistry reagent. tDHU, acid contains an Azide group, which can undergo a copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. tDHU, acid can also undergo a ring tension-driven acetylene-azide cycloaddition reaction (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
