In Vitro

HBV-IN-45 (compound 26f) inhibits the growth of HepG2 cells with a CC5₅₀ values of 84.29 μM. HBV-IN-45 also inhibits HBV DNA in HepAD38 cell supernatant with an EC₅₀ of 2.24 μM^[1].

In Vivo
