FSY-OSO2F radiolabeled with ¹⁸F exhibits time-dependent cellular accumulation in MCF-7 cells. Competitive inhibition assays verify that the resulting [¹⁸F]FSY-OSO2F internalizes via specific amino acid transport systems and retains over 95% radiochemical purity after 120 min of plasma incubation^[1].
