E-4441 (4 μg/mL) inhibits all anaerobic bacteria^[1].
For 90% of Gram-positive bacterial isolates (Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Enterococcus faecalis), the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of E-4441 (18 h) ranges from 0.12 to 1 μg/mL^[1].
