Glyceollin II (24 h) inhibits radial mycelial growth of Phytophthora megasperma f.sp. glycinea race 1 with ED₅₀ values of 61.6 μg/mL and 52.1 μg/mL, and causes 56.1% growth inhibition at 75 μg/mL^[1].
Glyceollin II (0-40 μg/mL; 3 h) is the most potent glyceollin isomer against Phytophthora megasperma f.sp. glycinea race 1 zoospore germination, with an ED₅₀ of 7.0 ± 1.0 μg/mL and ED₉₀ of 13.9 ± 1.9 μg/mL, and induces bursting of non-germinated zoospores^[1].
