Pargyline (Standard) is the analytical standard of Pargyline. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Pargyline is an irreversible monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor with K_is of 13 μM and 0.5 μM for MAO-A and MAO-B, respectively. Pargyline has antihypertensive and anticancer activities. Pargyline is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
