NNRT-IN-14
NNRT-IN-14 is an HIV-1 reverse transcriptase inhibitor (IC50 = 0.175 µM). NNRT-IN-14 can form hydrogen bonds with LYS101, PRO225, and PHE227, and π–π stacking with TYR181 and TRP229. NNRT-IN-14 can be used for the study of HIV.

NNRT-IN-14 (Compound 19a) (1 μM, 1 h) shows an inhibition rate of 84.86% against HIV-1 RT, with an IC50 value of 0.175 μM[1].
NNRT-IN-14 (50 μg/mL, 48 h) shows no significant toxicity to either cancer cells or normal cells (IC50 > 119.5 μM)[1].
