E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugates are components of proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs). They consist of a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and a linker, and when connected to a ligand for a target protein (e.g., JQ1 binds to BRD4, Molibresib binds to BET proteins), they can be used to construct PROTACs that induce ubiquitination and degradation of the target protein.
