Antiproliferative agent-3
Antiproliferative agent-3 is an antiproliferative agent. Antiproliferative agent-3 exhibits anticancer activity against a variety of cancers, including estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer. Antiproliferative agent-3 shows no toxicity to wild-type zebrafish embryos. Antiproliferative agent-3 can be used in the research of chronic myeloid leukemia, promyelocytic leukemia, Burkitt's lymphoma, estrogen receptor-positive mammary adenocarcinoma, cervical cancer, and lung cancer.

Biologische Aktivität
Antiproliferative agent-3 (Compound 4) (72 h) potently inhibits the growth of multiple human tumour cell lines, with exceptional activity against MCF-7 cells (IC50 = 0.00019 μM), and shows no toxicity to MRC-5 normal cells[1].

Administration:in embryo water; continuous; 6 hpf to 120 hpf

Result:Allowed all embryos to survive at all tested concentrations up to 125 µM, with no teratogenic malformations.
Resulted in an embryo heartbeat rate of 154 beats per minute at 125 µM, compared to 158 beats per minute in the control group, with no pericardial edema observed.
Determined a lethal concentration 50 (LC50) to be >125 µM.
