Torvutatug binds specifically to cynomolgus monkey FRα, and shows no cross-reactivity with non-target folate receptor paralogs or rodent FRα[1].
Torvutatug exhibits similarly high affinity for cynomolgus monkey FRα, but extremely low affinity for mouse FRα[1].
Torvutatug binds to cell-surface FRα with high specificity, and exhibits negligible off-target binding to DLL1 only at extremely high concentrations[1].
Torvutatug (up to 8 h) is rapidly internalized and trafficked to lysosomes in FRα-expressing KB cells, and its internalization level is significantly higher than that of the isotype control antibody[1].
