Ras Ligand

VVD-849 is a RAS ligand. VVD-849 covalently binds to Cys242 in the RAS-binding domain of PI3K p110α and promotes RAS/PI3K interaction. VVD-849 partially inhibits pAKT (S473) in HER2-overexpressing tumors. VVD-849 can be used for the research of cancers such as breast cancer.

KRAS ligand 3 (compound 1) is BTX-6654 target-binding ligand that can bind KRAS inhibitor and diaplay synergistic tumor growth inhibiton.

SOS2 ligand 1(compound 2) is a selective ligand of son of sevenless 2 (SOS2) with an K_D value of 4.6 µM.

KVL-9 is an intermediate used for constructing KRAS degrading antibody conjugates (DACs). KVL-9 consists of a KRAS small molecule binder, spacer, VHL recruitment ligand, and a cleavable antibody linker. KVL-9 achieves antigen-dependent intracellular delivery and induces ubiquitin-proteasome degradation of the KRAS protein mediated by VHL by conjugating with tumor antigen-targeting antibodies.

NRAS-G4-ligand-1 is a NRAS-G4 binder with K_d values of 0.25 μM (AlexaFluor 647-labeled) and 0.932 μM (biotinylated), respectively. NRAS-G4-ligand-1 acts as a translation inhibitor, reduces cancer cell viability, and downregulates NRAS protein levels. NRAS-G4-ligand-1 can be used in the research of melanoma and breast cancer.
