TDO2-IN-3 (Compound 21) potently inhibits TDO2 with an IC50 of 0.34 μM[1].
TDO2-IN-3 potently inhibits TDO2 activity in SW48 cells, with an EC50 of 0.077 μM[1].
TDO2-IN-3 exhibits moderate selectivity for TDO2 in cellular assays, being 6-fold more selective than IDO1[1].
TDO2-IN-3 does not inhibit CYP3A4, CYP1A2, CYP2D6, CYP2C9 or CYP2C19, with IC50 values greater than 10 μM for all subtypes[1].
TDO2-IN-3 (0.5 mM; 2 h) exhibits superior whole blood stability, with 91% retention remaining after 2 hours of incubation[1].
