2-(Phenylethynyl)-ATP
2-(Phenylethynyl)-ATP is an analog of ATP (HY-B2176). 2-(Phenylethynyl)-ATP can generate an AdoMet (HY-B0617) analog (2-(phenylethynyl)-AdoONB). 2-(phenylethynyl)-AdoONB derived from 2-(Phenylethynyl)-ATP shows no activity against methyltransferases NovO, RnCOMT-var and GlaTgs2-var.

2-(phenylethynyl)-ATP (Compound o1) (2.5 mM; 6 h) mediates mediocr conversion of ortho-nitrobenzyl-DL-homocysteine by PC-MjMAT, with negligible conversion of propargyl-L-selenohomocysteine, and the resulting 2-(phenylethynyl)-AdoONB product forms strong van der Waals interactions with PC-MjMAT that suggest product inhibition[1].
2-(phenylethynyl)-ATP (2.5 mM; 6 h) supports minimal NovO-mediated THPC modification via ortho-nitrobenzyl group transfer and negligible propargyl group transfer in PC-MjMAT/MTase cascade reactions[1].
2-(phenylethynyl)-ATP (2.5 mM; 6 h) does not support measurable RnCOMT-var-mediated DHBAL modification via either ortho-nitrobenzyl or propargyl group transfer in PC-MjMAT/MTase cascade reactions[1].
