Pomalidomide-C16-azide (compound 9f) serves as the E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate of PROTAC CDK9 degrader-13 (HY-184693). PROTAC CDK9 degrader-13 is a selective CDK9 PROTAC degrader. It downregulates the anti-apoptotic protein Mcl-1, activates the Caspase-3 pathway, and induces apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia cells^[1].
