    Loaded Vensobafusp alfa on ProA biosensor, can bind HY-P700862 complement C5 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) with an affinity constant of 9.905E-09 M as determined in BLI assay.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 HepG2 cells labeling complement protein C5 with Vensobafusp alfa (HY-P991067, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 for an hour at 4℃. AF488-conjugated Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control.
