Biological Activity
Umbellatolide A (>20 μg/mL) does not exhibit significant cytotoxic activity against human KB, LU-1, and MCF-7 cancer cells, with an IC50 >20 μg/mL[1].
Umbellatolide A (>20 μg/mL) does not exhibit a significant protective effect against H2O2-stimulated oxidative stress injury in murine hepatocytes, with an ED50 >20 μg/mL[1].
