ER-464195-01 is an orally active calreticulin (CRT) and integrin α subunits (ITGAs) binding inhibitor. ER-464195-01 inhibits leukocyte infiltration and subsequent inflammatory cascade reactions by dissociating the binding between CRT and ITGA.
