ABT-510 acetate is an anti-angiogenic TSP peptide (Thrombospondin-1 analogue) that induces apoptosis and inhibits ovarian tumour growth in an orthotopic, syngeneic model of epithelial ovarian cancer. ABT-510 acetate also reduces angiogenesis and inflammatory responses in a murine model of inflammatory bowel disease. ABT-510 acetate can be used in studies of cancer (particularly epithelial ovarian cancer) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) .

3-Methylxanthine is a blood-brain barrier-permeable cyclic GMP phosphodiesterase inhibitor, with an IC50 of 920 μM against guinea pig cyclic GMP phosphodiesterase. 3-Methylxanthine relaxes the spontaneous tension of isolated guinea pig tracheal smooth muscle preparations. Through a DRD1-dependent pathway, 3-Methylxanthine upregulates the expression of γH2AX and activated caspase-3, downregulates the expression of Bcl-2, and enhances Cisplatin-induced apoptosis (apoptosis) in ovarian cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo. 3-Methylxanthine induces clonic convulsions in the central nervous system. 3-Methylxanthine is the major metabolite of Theophylline (HY-B0809). 3-Methylxanthine can be used in studies related to ovarian cancer and neurotoxic convulsions .

Anti-Human/Mouse Amphiregulin Antibody (AR37) is an antibody targeting amphiregulin (AREG), with a Kd value of 3.24 nM for the human protein and 6.40 nM for the mouse protein. Anti-Human/Mouse Amphiregulin Antibody (AR37) blocks the autocrine activation of the AREG-EGFR-ERK axis. Anti-Human/Mouse Amphiregulin Antibody (AR37) inhibits the proliferation and migration of ovarian cancer cells. Anti-Human/Mouse Amphiregulin Antibody (AR37) prolongs the survival of immunocompetent mice bearing syngeneic ovarian cancer tumors. Anti-Human/Mouse Amphiregulin Antibody (AR37) is applicable to ovarian cancer-related research .
