In Vitro
Anti-Human/Mouse Amphiregulin Antibody (AR37) (100 ng/mL human amphiregulin; 1-7 μg/mL) dose-dependently blocks amphiregulin-induced EGFR and ERK activation in HeLa cells[1].
Anti-Human/Mouse Amphiregulin Antibody (AR37) dose-dependently inhibits DNA synthesis in ID8 murine ovarian cancer cells[1].
Anti-Human/Mouse Amphiregulin Antibody (AR37) (16 h) inhibits migration of ID8 murine ovarian cancer cells by blocking autocrine amphiregulin signaling[1].
