Referencia número: HY-N4177
No. CAS: 24577-90-0
Synonyms: Rubrofusarin-6-β-gentiobioside
Rubrofusarin gentiobioside (Rrubrofusarin-6-β-gentiobioside) is an orally active weak inhibitor of PTP1B and MAO-A (IC50 >100 μM), and its glycosylation modification results in lower biological activity than its aglycone Rubrofusarin (HY-130307). Rubrofusarin gentiobioside promotes AMPK phosphorylation in an LKB1-independent manner and inhibits the mTOR signaling pathway, thereby downregulating the expressions of PPARγ, C/EBPα, as well as FAS, LPL and aP2. Rubrofusarin gentiobioside inhibits lipid accumulation, reduces body weight and epididymal white adipose tissue volume, improves fatty liver, and shows no cytotoxicity to hepatocytes. Rubrofusarin gentiobioside is widely used in obesity-related studies .

No. CAS: 100403-24-5
Synonyms: Polydeoxyribonucleotide
PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a deoxynucleotide polymer mainly derived from the sperm of rainbow trout or salmon. PDRN inhibits pro-inflammatory factors and promotes VEGF expression via the cAMP-PKA pathway by activating the adenosine A2A receptor (A2AR), thereby driving angiogenesis and collagen deposition in fibroblasts. Degradation products of PDRN provide DNA raw materials for proliferating cells through the salvage synthesis pathway, accelerating re-epithelialization. PDRN reduces melanin synthesis and cell apoptosis by upregulating ERK/AKT phosphorylation and inhibiting the activities of MITF and tyrosinase, and resists skin aging by attenuating nuclear autophagy and blocking the interaction between LC3-SIRT1. PDRN is mainly used for wound repair, post-aesthetic surgery recovery and anti-aging research .

No. CAS: 1993461-76-9
Synonyms: Mito-Esc
Mito-Esculetin (Mito-Esc) is an orally active mitochondria-targeted derivative of Esculetin (HY-N0284). Mito-Esculetin inhibits LPS-induced phosphorylation of STAT3 Tyr-705, partially reverses LPS-mediated depletion of SIRT3, and enhances the AMPK-SIRT1 signaling axis. Mito-Esculetin inhibits PAI-1 activity, regulates miRNA, and induces phosphorylation of IRS and AKT. Mito-Esculetin suppresses oxidant-induced endothelial dysfunction, Ang-II (HY-13948)- and high glucose-induced atherosclerotic plaque formation, Palmitate (HY-N0830)-induced insulin resistance, as well as high glucose-mediated endothelial cell senescence and inflammatory responses. Mito-Esculetin reduces body weight and non-esterified fatty acid (NEFA) levels. Mito-Esculetin can be used in research related to acute coronary syndrome, type 2 diabetes, and hyperglycemia-induced atherosclerosis .

CC-410 is a selective Nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT) inhibitor with a human IC50 value of 1.6 µM. CC-410 impairs terminal adipocyte differentiation via glucocorticoid signaling network deregulation, inhibits adipogenesis and lipid accumulation with time-sensitive activity limited to early adipogenesis stages. CC-410 can be used for the researches of early-onset obesity, glucocorticoid-induced obesity .
