Endosidin1 (3 days) exhibits mild cytotoxicity against HEp-2 laryngeal cancer cells with an ED₅₀ of 16.77 μg/mL, but shows no significant cytotoxicity against Hep-G2, A549 or MCF-7 cells^[1].
Endosidin1 inhibits superoxide anion production in FMLP/CB-stimulated neutrophils by 49.20%, with an IC₅₀ >10 μg/mL^[1].
Endosidin1 (10 μg/mL) inhibits elastase release from neutrophils stimulated by FMLP/CB, with an inhibition rate of 39.36% at the concentration of 10 μg/mL and an IC₅₀ >10 μg/mL^[1].
