Biological Activity
12-Ethoxynimbolinin E (Compound 1) inhibits viability of HL-60, A-549, MCF-7, and SW480 human tumor cell lines with IC50 values of 21.5, 26.4, 25.2, and 31.8 μM, respectively, and does not inhibit viability of SMMC-7721 cells at concentrations up to 40 μM[1].
