Description

Hupehenisine (Dihydrojervine) is a semisynthetic Veratrum alkaloid. Hupehenisine inhibits prostate cancer cell proliferation. Hupehenisine can be used for the research of prostate cancer^[1].

In Vitro

Hupehenisine (Compound 10) (10-50 μM) inhibits proliferation of human metastatic prostate cancer PC-3 cells^[1].
Hupehenisine (50 μM; 24 h) does not inhibit migration of human metastatic prostate cancer PC-3 cells^[1].
