Moracenin D (0.16-4 μM; 24 h) protects SH-SY5Y cells against dopamine-induced cell death (EC50 = 3.6 μM)[1].
Moracenin D (0.16-4 μM; 9-15 h) up-regulates nurr1 expression and down-regulates α-synuclein expression in dopamine-treated cells in a dose-dependent manner[1].
