CLEC5A-IN-1
CLEC5A-IN-1 is an inhibitor that binds to CLEC5A, with a Kd value of 277 nM. CLEC5A-IN-1 inhibits HBV replication. CLEC5A-IN-1 induces the production of IFNα and IFNβ. CLEC5A-IN-1 reduces serum HBsAg and HBV DNA levels, as well as hepatic HBcAg levels, in HBV-infected animals. CLEC5A-IN-1 increases the positive rate and levels of serum HBsAb in HBV-infected animals. CLEC5A-IN-1 can be used for the research of hepatitis B.

CLEC5A-IN-1 (C4) (0.125-4 μM, 0-100 s) binds directly to purified CLEC5A protein, with a Kd of 277 nM[1].
CLEC5A-IN-1 (0.01-1000 μM; 72 h) exhibits low cytotoxicity against PMA (HY-18739)-induced THP-1 macrophages, with a CC50 of 770 μM[1].
CLEC5A-IN-1 (0.01-100 μM; 12 h pre-incubation with macrophage cells, 48 h co-culture with HepG2.2.15 cells) inhibits HBV replication in HepG2.2.15 cells co-cultured with PMA-induced THP-1 macrophages, with an IC50 of 20 μM[1].
CLEC5A-IN-1 (incubated with cells for 3 h, followed by incubation with Streptavidin Magnetic Beads (HY-K0208) at 4℃ for 2 h) directly binds to endogenous human CLEC5A in PMA-induced THP-1 macrophages, as well as mouse CLEC5A in RAW264.7 cells[1].
