All Indoleamine 2,3-Dioxygenase (IDO) Isoforms :

In Vitro

IDO1/TDO-IN-17 (Compound 19) inhibits recombinant human IDO1 with an IC₅₀ of ~280 μmol/L and recombinant human TDO with an IC₅₀ of 204 μmol/L, binding to the heme-iron of hIDO1 but not hTDO^[1].
