Enoticumab (REGN421, SAR153192) is an IgG1κ antibody targeting human Dll4. DLL4 is a ligand of the Notch signaling pathway and regulates fatty acid uptake through non-transcriptional regulation of macropinocytosis-dependent long-chain fatty acid uptake. Specific in vivo activity of Enoticumab in an ovarian xenograft model. EGN421 (2.5 mg/kg once weekly) resulted in 86% and 83% tumor growth inhibition in mouse subcutaneous TOV-112D or intraperitoneal A2780 human tumor xenograft models, respectively .

Synonyms: (-)-Naringenin 4',7-dimethyl Ether; (-)-NRG-DM
4',7-Di-O-methylnaringenin ((−)-NRG-DM) is a flavonoid found in Renealmia alpinia . (−)-NRG-DM inhibits Nav1.7, Nav1.8 and Kv2.1 channels and has analgesic activity. Intraperitoneal administration of (−)-NRG-DM dose-dependently attenuated pain in a formalin-induced mouse inflammatory pain model and mustard oil-induced mouse colorectal pain model[ 2].

Opioid Receptor

Domaines de recherche:

Neurological Disease

MPAM-15 is a blood-brain barrier-penetrant pan-orthosteric allosteric modulator (PAM) of opioid receptors, with ≥16-fold selectivity for μOR over δOR and κOR. MPAM-15 acts as an anti-nociceptive potentiator and analgesic, and its activity is observed in mouse models via both intracerebroventricular and intraperitoneal administration. MPAM-15 is applicable for pain-related research .
