Pulchinenoside K (1-100 μM; 1 h pre-treatment + 24 h LPS co-incubation) significantly inhibits LPS-induced NO production in RAW 264.7 cells at concentrations of 1 μM and 10 μM, and a decrease in cell viability is observed at all tested concentrations^[1].
