AChE-IN-120 (Compound 11e) (0-8 μM) potently and selectively inhibits human acetylcholinesterase (AChE) via a mixed-type inhibition mechanism, with an IC₅₀ of 0.91 μM, while it only exhibits weak inhibitory activity against butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) (IC₅₀ = 30.97 μM)^[1].
AChE-IN-120 (0.1-10 μM) exhibits low cytotoxicity against SH-SY5Y cells, and its viability inhibitory effect gradually weakens as the concentration decreases from 10 μM to 0.1 μM^[1].
AChE-IN-120 (0.1-10 μM) exerts significant neuroprotective effects against H₂O₂-induced damage in SH-SY5Y cells at the concentration of 10 μM^[1].
