TLR2 antagonist-2 (increasing concentrations; 24 h) selectively inhibits the signaling pathways of TLR1/2 and TLR2/6 heterodimers in THP1-Dual reporter cells, and shows no activity against TLR4 or TLR7/8 signaling pathways[1].
