In Vivo

LTB4 antagonist 1 (compound 24b; 30 mg/kg; orally) has a significant anti-inflammatory activity after 1 h in the model of podal edema with carrageenan in rats^[1].

After 2 h, the anti-inflammatory activity decreases sharply (16.2%).
This activity completely disappeared after 4 h under TUKEY test.
