Biological Activity
Ulicyclamide (dose-response curve range; 48 h) is cytotoxic against cultured L1210 mouse leukemia cells in vitro, with an IC50 of 13 μg/mL after 48 h of incubation[1].
Ulicyclamide (dose-response curve range; 2 h) potently inhibits both DNA and RNA syntheses (IC50 = 2.2 μg/mL for each) in cultured L1210 mouse leukemia cells after 2 hr of incubation, while having no effect on protein synthesis[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
