STAT6-IN-14 (0.1-1 μM; 1 h pre‑incubation + 6 h IL‑4 stimulation) inhibits STAT6‑mediated transcriptional activity in HEK293 cells overexpressing human STAT6, with inhibition rates of 99% at 1 μM and 84% at 0.1 μM, and no significant cytotoxicity is observed[1].
