H9-KGDEVD-MMAE is an antibody-drug conjugate that specifically binds to PRND to enable precise drug delivery to tumor vasculature and cancer cells. H9-KGDEVD-MMAE contains a linker cleavable by cathepsin B and caspase-3/7, allowing the release of MMAE in lysosomes. H9-KGDEVD-MMAE induces apoptosis, produces a bystander effect, and disrupts tumor vasculature.
