Biological Activity
Catestatin sCst (20 μM; 1-6 h) TFA does not stimulate IL-8 mRNA expression in normal human keratinocytes[2].
Catestatin sCst (20 μM; 24 h) TFA does not stimulate IL-8 protein production from normal human keratinocytes[2].
Catestatin sCst (1.25 μM) TFA does not induce chemotaxis in normal human keratinocytes[2].
Catestatin sCst (10 μM; 5 min) TFA does not induce phosphorylation of ERK, p38, or JNK in normal human keratinocytes[2].
