(R)-PVTX-405 is a IKZF2 molecular glue degrader with a DC50 of 4.1 nM. (R)-PVTX-405 is the (R)-enantiomer of PVTX-405 (HY-172930). PVTX-405 is an orally active IKZF2 molecular glue degrader that significantly inhibits MC38 tumor growth in mouse tumor xenograft models. (R)-PVTX-405 can be used in cancer-related research.

(R)-PVTX-405 is the (R)-enantiomer of PVTX-405 (HY-172930) (compound 16a). PVTX-405 is a selective oral IKZF2 molecular glue degrader with a DC50 of 0.7 nM and a Dmax of 91%. PVTX-405 improves degradation efficiency, significantly reduces off-target degradation, and attenuates hERG inhibition with an IC50 of 48 µM[1].
