AChE/BuChE-IN-8 (Compound 6d) is a mixed-type hAChE inhibitor that binds to both free enzyme and enzyme-substrate complex simultaneously. It exhibits an AChE IC₅₀ of 1.18 μM and a BuChE IC₅₀ of 2.34 μM, with synergistic competitive (K_i = 1.2 μM) and non-competitive (K_i' = 2.5 μM) inhibitory effects^[1].
AChE/BuChE-IN-8 (48 h) exhibits moderate antiproliferative activity against Caco-2 colon cancer cells (IC₅₀ = 4.37 μM), with a selectivity index of 7.43^[1].
AChE/BuChE-IN-8 exhibits potent free radical scavenging activity (IC₅₀ = 12.1 μM).
