WYRGRL can specifically bind to Collagen II of articular cartilage[1].
WYRGRL exhibits cartilage-targeting activity[2].
The strategy of encapsulating Lecithin (HY-B2235), Cholesterol (HY-N0322), DSPE-PEG2000-WYRGRL, and Urolithin A (HY-100599) into HAMA microspheres using microfluidic and photopolymerization techniques may alleviate cartilage degeneration by targeting chondrocytes and activating mitochondrial autophagy[2].
