Pyroptosis
Pyroptosis is a type of programmed cell death that features pore formation on the plasma membrane, cell swelling and plasma membrane disruption. Pyroptosis is a form of lytic programmed cell death initiated by inflammasomes, which detect cytosolic contamination or perturbation.
Gasdermin D (GSDMD), as the executive protein of pyroptosis, is activated and transferred to the membrane to induce glial rupture, resulting in the release of more inflammatory mediators.
Inflammasome is an intracellular signaling complex of the innate immune system. Activation of inflammasomes promotes the secretion of IL-1β/IL-18 and triggers pyroptosis. The proinflammatory effect of IL-1β/IL-18 and pyroptosis contributes to the development of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

Sweroside (Standard)
0 ImagesSweroside (Standard) is the analytical standard of Sweroside (HY-N0806). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Sweroside is an iridoid glycoside that targets multiple targets, including the Keap1/Nrf2 axis, NLRP3 inflammasome, SIRT1, NF-κB, AMPK/mTOR pathway, and caspase family. Sweroside promotes Nrf2 nuclear translocation by competitively binding to Keap1. Sweroside also inhibits oxidative stress and NLRP3-mediated pyroptosis by activating Nrf2, inhibits NF-κB inflammatory pathway by activating SIRT1, and promotes autophagy and induces caspase-dependent apoptosis via the AMPK/mTOR pathway. Sweroside has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic, and lipid metabolism regulating activities, and can be used in the research of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, leukemia, acute lung injury, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and other fields. -

Idasanutlin (Standard)
0 ImagesSynonyms: RG7388 (Standard)Idasanutlin (Standard) (RG7388 (Standard)) is the analytical standard of Idasanutlin (HY-15676). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Idasanutlin (RG7388) is an orally bioavailable MDM2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 6 nM. Idasanutlin disrupts MDM2-p53 binding, stabilizes and activates p53, triggering cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, and reduced cancer cell viability. Idasanutlin reduces EGFR protein expression and phosphorylation, suppresses downstream SHP2, MEK1/2, ERK1/2, AKT, mTOR, p70(S6K1), and S6 signaling. Idasanutlin induces mitochondrial ROS production, drives p38 MAPK phosphorylation, upregulates NOXA, and mediates caspase-3-dependent apoptosis and gasdermin E-mediated pyroptosis. Idasanutlin can be used for the research of TP53-mutant non-small cell lung cancer, T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, colorectal carcinoma, melanoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome, neuroblastoma, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia, osteosarcoma, solid tumors, and hematological tumors. -

INF200
0 ImagesCat. No.: HY-155517CAS No.: 3049730-43-7INF200 (compound 5) is a sulfonylurea-based inhibitor of NLRP3 and NLRP3-mediated pyroptosis. INF200 has beneficial cardiometabolic effects in rat model of high-fat diet (HFD)-induced metaflammation, and shows anti-inflammatory activity to (10 μM) decreases IL-1β release in human macrophages. INF200 improves glucose and lipid profiles, and attenuates systemic inflammation and biomarkers of cardiac dysfunction (particularly BNP). INF200 also improves myocardial damage-dependent ischemia/reperfusion injury (IRI) in hemodynamic evaluation. -

Garlic oil
0 ImagesGarlic oil is an orally effective anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anticancer agent. Garlic oil inhibits the activation of NF-κB, NFκB2 and NLRP3 inflammasome, and induces the expression of GSTA1, HO-1 and NQO-1. Garlic oil reduces the Bcl-2/Bax protein ratio and activates NNK-induced apoptosis (apoptosis) in lung tissues. Garlic oil attenuates NNK-induced apoptosis in MRC-5 cells and reduces excessive ROS production. Garlic oil alleviates pyroptosis (pyroptosis) and exerts a protective effect against acute lung injury in mice. Garlic oil inhibits lung tumorigenesis in mice and improves small intestinal motility in rats with type 2 diabetes. Garlic oil can be used in research related to acute lung injury, lung cancer, peptic ulcer, type 2 diabetes and hypertension. -
