ERα-IN-3
ERα-IN-3 is a ERα inhibitor with an IC50 of 74.48 μM. ERα-IN-3 induces cell cycle arrest at the G0/G1 and G2/M checkpoints and triggers Apoptosis. ERα-IN-3 exhibits anticancer effects against ER-positive breast cancer. ERα-IN-3 can be used for the research of ERα-positive breast cancer.

ERα 74.48 μM (IC50) |
ERα-IN-3 (Compound 20) at concentrations of 2-32 μM potently inhibits the proliferation of ER-positive breast cancer cell line T-47D, with an IC50 value of 9.666 μM. Its activity in this cell line is superior to that of Tamoxifen (HY-13757A) and Bazedoxifene (HY-A0031)[1].
ERα-IN-3 inhibits ERα with an IC50 value of 74.48 μM[1].
ERα-IN-3 (25 μM; 48 h) induces cell cycle arrest in T-47D cells, primarily at the G0/G1 phase (59.7%), with additional arrest at the G2/M phase (26.3%)[1].
ERα-IN-3 (25 μM; 48 h) induces apoptosis in approximately 40% of T-47D breast cancer cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
