In Vitro

CP-734432 (20 min) potently stimulates cAMP production in human EP4-expressing HEK293 cells with an EC₅₀ of 1 nM^[1].
CP-734432 (3 h pre-incubation; 3 h compound incubation; 2 h substrate incubation) potently activates human EP4 receptor-mediated CRE-β-lactamase signaling in CHO cells with an EC₅₀ of 1 nM, and shows high selectivity over human EP2 receptors^[1].
