SphK2-IN-4
SphK2-IN-4 is a selective SphK2 inhibitor (IC50=6.2 μM) with extremely low activity against SphK1 (IC50 > 50 μM). SphK2-IN-4 exhibits broad-spectrum antiproliferative activity against colorectal cancer cells and induces apoptosis.

SphK2-IN-4 (Q25) potently inhibits the proliferation of LOVO, SW480, SW620, and HT-29 human colorectal cancer cells with IC50 values ranging from 6.41 μM to 8.09 μM after 72 h of incubation[1].
SphK2-IN-4 (6 μM; 48 h) induces S-phase cell cycle arrest in SW480 human colorectal cancer cells after 48 h of treatment at 6 μM[1].
SphK2-IN-4 (3-6 μM; 48 h) dose-dependently induces apoptosis in SW480 human colorectal cancer cells[1].
