Fendiline hydrochloride, a diphenylalkylamine type of antianginal agent, is an L-type calcium channel blocker (IC50 of 17 µM). Fendiline hydrochloride is also a selective K-Ras inhibitor, and has no effect on H-Ras and N-Ras.
