Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) is a rat derived IgG2b monoclonal agonist antibody targeting mouse GITR. Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) can activate T cells and B cells to enhance immune response. Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) selectively enhances Th2 cell effector function through GITR signaling. Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) may exacerbate allergic reactions. Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) can be used for researches on cancer and allergic conditions such as colon cancer and allergic asthma. The recommed isotype control of Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) is Rat IgG2b kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P990682).

Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) (0.0001-100 μg/mL) can be combined with a muGITR-HEK293 transfectant cell line with the EC50 of 0.14 μg/mL[1].
Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) (0.0001-100 μg/mL, 72-120 h) can enhance TCR triggered T cell proliferation and survival with the EC50 of 0.02 μg/mL[1].
Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) can activate NF-κB signaling with the EC50 of 0.08 μg/mL[1].
Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) (5 days) significantly increases the expression of CD86 on the surface of B cells and induces differentiation of CD138+ plasma cells[2].
Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) (10 μg/mL, 4 days) significantly increases IL-4 secretion in Th2 cells, but has no effect on IFN-γ secretion in Th1 cells[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

In Vivo
Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) (3.0 mg/kg, i.p., on day 0, 4 and 11 or on day 0, 4, 11 and 18) causes severe allergic reactions in wild type C57BL/6 mice (Healthy or bearing MC-38 tumors)[1].
Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) (500 μg, i.p., on day 7 and 14) significantly inhibits tumor growth in female Balb/c and CD40−/− mice bearing CT26 or EMT6 tumors[2].
Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) (1 mg, i.p., single dose, 1 h before the first OVA challenge) exacerbates airway hyperresponsiveness in asthma by selectively enhancing Th2 effector function in male BALB/c mice with a OVA (HY-P0286) induced allergic asthma model[3].
