Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) is a rat-derived IgG2b κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to mouse TIM-4. Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) can block T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain 4 (TIM-4). Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) can inhibit the engulfment of apoptotic cells and T cell proliferation. Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) can be used for the researches of cancer, immunology and metabolic disease, such as MC38 tumor and graft.

In Vivo
Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) (500 μg at days 0 and 250 μg at days 2, 4, 6 and 8, i.p.) prolongs graft survival in B6 CD4+25- T cells transferred B6 RAG−/− mice of a bm12 skin transplant[1].
Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) (i.p., at days 8, 10 and 12) inhibits tumor growth companied with CDDP (HY-17394) in MC38 tumor Atg5flox/flox mice[2].
Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) (0.5 mg/mouse, i.v., 1 h prior to ischemia) suppresses liver damage in segmental (70%) hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) mice[3].
