MAPK ligand 1
MAPK ligand 1 is an apoptosis inducer and Bcl-xL/MAPK ligand that can be used to synthesize the Bcl-xL-targeted PROTAC degrader (HY-176740). MAPK ligand 1 triggers apoptosis through the mitochondrial pathway, MAPK pathway, reduction of mitochondrial membrane potential and elevation of reactive oxygen species levels. MAPK ligand 1 inhibits colony formation and migration of cancer cells, as well as angiogenesis of endothelial cells. MAPK ligand 1 can be used in the research of hepatocellular carcinoma.
