PPARγ agonist-22 (Compound Sn8) (12.5-200 μg/mL; 24 h) shows no cytotoxicity to 3T3-L1 preadipocytes and C2C12 myoblasts at low concentrations, but induces concentration-dependent cytotoxicity at high concentrations[1].
PPARγ agonist-22 (25 μg/mL; 8 days) exhibits anti-adipogenic activity in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes, reducing lipid accumulation to 61.03% of the control level after 8 days of differentiation[1].
PPARγ agonist-22 (100 μg/mL; 24 h) significantly increases glucose uptake in C2C12 myoblasts[1].
