Hydrouracil-4-Iodophenyl is an E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN) ligand used to recruit the cereblon protein. Hydrouracil-4-Iodophenyl can be linked to a target protein ligand via a linker to form a PROTAC.
