Ring Finger Protein 114, ZNF313

RNF114 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that promotes the ubiquitination of various substrates. RNF114 acts as a negative regulator of NF-κB-dependent transcription by promoting the ubiquitination and stabilization of the NF-κB inhibitor TNFAIP3.
